Pakistan U16 Volleyball Team Tops Pool D After Third Consecutive Victory at Asian Championship

Nakhon Phanom, Thailand – 14 July 2025:
The Pakistan U16 Volleyball Team continues its outstanding performance at the 2nd Asian Men’s U16 Volleyball Championship 2025, as they defeated Chinese Taipei in their third and final group match. Pakistan clinched a straight-set victory (3-0) with set scores of 26-24, 25-14, 25-16, showcasing strength, skill, and resilience.

With this crucial win, Pakistan has topped Pool D, ahead of other strong teams including Korea and Saudi Arabia. The match was a gripping display of teamwork and tactical excellence.

Key players who stood out in today’s match included:

  • Faizan – known for his powerful attacks and solid defense,

  • Talha – who made critical contributions with accurate serves,

  • Junaid – whose all-round performance uplifted the team’s tempo, and

  • Irfan – who played a vital role in backcourt coverage and quick sets.

This victory places Pakistan in a strong position going into the Quarterfinals, where they are scheduled to face Indonesia (Pool B’s second-placed team) on 16 July 2025 at 10:30 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).
